[JAKKU] Public execution in Qual'ha-Kel City by The Niskyz Syndicate

"In Qual'ha-Kel City on Jakku, a young Cathar boy, Kala Sai'na, aged 15, known by some as a 'Master Thief',
was executed publicly on top of one of the local buildings earlier this afternoon. The Cathar was found and captured for robbing
the Krayt Nova Cantina, and, in response to a series of robberies committed against the Syndicate, was ordered to be executed by the Syndicate's leader as a message to warn about the consequences of conspiring against The Niskyz Syndicate. Local uproar occurred immediately after
the event. Qual'ha-Kel City is currently still in chaos as a result."
